Le onzième film Pokémon.
Dans le précédent film, les deux Pokémon légendaires Dialga et Palkia se sont affrontés dans un combat titanesque.
Suite à ce combat, une faille s’est ouverte vers une autre dimension, où tout est inversé.
Monde Inversé ou Giratina en est le protecteur et gardien. Le faite que le Monde Inversé c’est retrouvé troublé à cause du combat de Dialga et Palkia, Giratina attaque Dialga car il prend celui-ci pour responsable.
Satoshi, Takeshi et Hikari accompagné par notre célèbre Pokémon : Pikachu vont encore une fois tout tenter pour calmer la folie de Giratina. Ensemble, ils découvriront l’existence d’un nouveau Pokémon, Shaymin, le Pokémon Fleur qui bien que capricieux se verra d’une grande aide. Mais ceci sera sans compter sur l’aide de Zéro, un méchant sans scrupules qui cherche à contrôler Giratina et ainsi devenir le maître du Monde Inversé.
