Nobita trouve un chien blanc perdu qu’il nomme Peko tandis que ses amis désirent partir en aventure dans un endroit qui n’a pas encore été exploré pour y passer leurs vacances d’été. Après quelques recherches, les cinq amis et le chien finissent par aller au fond d’une jungle africaine puis découvrent que Peko a un lien mystérieux avec leur destination.
